  17. Sure you can.  The Zip drive responds to the SCSI-2 EJECT command.
  18. There are plenty of programs that will send that to the drive.

  20. Also, there is a freeware ZipTool program on Aminet -- it's an
  21. AmigaDOS tool that lets you access the R/W protection of the Zip drive
  22. (same as the comercial package, but cheaper and without the GUI.)
